Even if you don’t have a grill you can always make these in the oven and broiler, but I really recommend cooking them on this Grill. There’s just something about that grill flavor infused with the ribs and the sauce that just makes my mouth water! My husband is half Korean so he really has perfected this recipe and I am so glad he has passed it down to me, thankful really.

Honestly, out of all the easy, quick recipes that I have made this one takes the cake. I could probably eat these grilled Korean ribs around twice a week if not more and that’s saying something because when I meal plan I make sure we don’t eat the same things for at least 2 weeks to a month.

OK, you’ve waited long enough: Here’s the recipe that will change your life! The easiest and most tasty rib recipe that you will ever find. My Grilled Korean Ribs recipe!

I always marinate mine for at least 2 hours. I think the longer you can marinate the better, but if you are in a rush 2 hours is pretty good. I have even marinated them for 24 hours, but I wouldn’t go past that. We recently JUST bought this PIT Boss grill and it is the SH$$ There are a lot of grills to choose from but this one is the Sportsman Austin XL one. Try out some Grilled Korean Ribs for your first meal!

This is the Korean BBQ sauce that we use. We have tried others but always come back to this one because they haven’t even come close to the flavor of this one. You can even double up on the sauces, we often do.

And Honestly this is the ONLY sriracha we will ever buy!

I hope you love these 2 ingredient Ribs as much as we do. Please leave me a comment when you try them, I would love to hear how much you like them! Or even if you don’t, still comment and let me know what you didn’t like!

I mentioned earlier that you can bake these then briefly place on broil if you do not have a grill or you ran out of coals and the stores were already closed….Yes we’ve done that.

If you have to bake them, place them on a broiler pan and bake for 20-30 minutes at 350, turning half way. After that place your oven on broil and broil for about 3-4 minutes depending on how crispy you want the fat pieces.

I also mentioned that you can garnish these with green onions and or sesame seeds, but we don’t usually have the patience to even bother with garnishes LOL. We usually can’t wait that long to eat them! That’s how good these ribs are. I’m usually all about some garnishes.

If you want a side to go with these amazing grilled Korean ribs you can make some bean sprouts with soy sauce, sesame seeds, chili paste, and sesame seeds. Or you can make baked beans or a potato salad. Anything really goes with these ribs, even if all you want are just the ribs themselves. But, here is the Best side dish to go with these ribs My Spicy Korean Bean Sprouts or Kongnamool.

  1. Thanks for linking the marinade. There are so many Korean sources available in the supermarket that I am often lost trying to figure out which one to pick. I have never tried making one at home so hopefully if I try with chicken it will turn out good. thank you for the recipe

  2. I am not a meat-eater but I bet my husband will love this. He tries a variety of recipes on a regular basis. I am sharing this one with him. Love that you post your recipes with photos. Would you also share some Vegetarian dishes for new year party food or kids snack recipes?

    1. Hi Ashh,
Thank you for the kind words! Yes I want to try and incorporate more vegetarian posts because a lot of my friends and readers are vegetarian. I just posted a Japanese pudding recipe I think you would enjoy! Hope you have a wonderful Year!

  3. 5 stars
Wow! This is super easy and I am sure will taste super yum too. We prefer, marinating for 2-4 hours and that makes the meat tender, juicy and all the flavors get entrenched both on the outside as well as inside of the meat. Will try your recipe. Thanks for sharing, Felicia.

  4. Ribs are without a doubt one of my favourite things to eat, my mom cooks them the best ever. She does them in the slow cooker for the day and then she grills them. I don’t know the sauce that she uses but she gets them perfect each time. I will share this recipe with her.

  5. Interesting recipe. Once again I’ll have to pass this on to my friend!
I didn’t know there were reusable silicone bags! What a great idea, Felicia!
Often, we also skip some steps in a recipe if we’re too hungry to wait! But of course, I love to present my cooking well!

  6. My mouth is literally watering right now! These sound absolutely delicious! There is nothing better than cooking a piece of meat on the grill (or the braai, as we call it here in South Africa)

  7. Wow what an easy recipe! The only thing that I will have to buy is the ziploc bags I never own it. However there’s this delicious basting in the fridge that my husband usually uses on our meat, ill try it with that sauce first?

    1. The sriracha is the spicy element so if you don’t like spice just add about 2 tablespoons. 4tbsps is not spicy to me but I like spice lol, our daughter doesn’t like spice at all and she can handle the 4tbsps but you can always start with 2 and next time go up if its not to your spice level 🙂
