I am definitely a believer of easy yet healthy recipes. I am unlikely to try what you’ve listed –but only because I am vegetarian. I am sure they’ll be useful for those who’re not. And have to agree that 5 is a good number for any list. I had to laugh when I read that gift lists should be longer!
Hey Vidya,
You can always turn the Chicken Enchilada Skillet meal into a vegetarian dish! Instead of chicken try spinach and zucchini. Just cut the zucchini up into bite size pieces and saute with salt and pepper then add to the dish like you would the chicken. 🙂
I liked the Skillet chicken and spinach parmesan, and the Instant pot crack chicken.
I am not much of a nonveg eater, but there are times when my taste buds crave chicken. 🙂 Will bookmark these for easy reference when I feel like making it, or when my hubby feels like cooking which he does sometimes. 🙂
